Benjamin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2015. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016.
Benjamin’s areas of practice are in corporate & commercial law and dispute resolution. He has assisted in a variety of matters ranging from contractual and construction-related disputes to non-contentious matters such as the capital reduction of a company and the delisting of a company listed on the SGX mainboard. In addition, he has experience in drafting various general corporate agreements including software licensing agreement and facility agreement.
In line with the firm's values, Benjamin believes in taking a pragmatic approach to the practice of law. For every transaction and matter, he strives to gain an in-depth understanding of his client's business and the industry in which that client operates. Benjamin believes that this is crucial in delivering bespoke and practical solutions to serve his client's best interests. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
